Tasting Notes

Tasting from 15.02.2013

Deep ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate watery rim. Fine blackberry confit, a hint of licorice, delicate nougat, underlaid with subtle herbal spice. Juicy, elegant texture, pleasant extract sweetness, appears light-footed and fresh, animating, mineral style, red forest berry confit on the finish, already easy to drink, but has the potential to develop further over the next few years.
