The red wine Pastourelle de Clerc Milon, vintage 2016 from the winery Château Clerc Milon has been rated in 2019 by Peter Moser with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot from the region Pauillac in France.
Dark ruby, with purple reflections, and a delicate bright rim. On the nose lovely dark berry fruit, ripe plum, some nougat, with subtle cassis and fine oak spiciness. Juicy, elegant, ripe cherry, with well-integrated supporting tannins, and a pleasant freshness, although there still seems to be a slight rustic character. It is well developed, and it will benefit from two or three more years of bottle ageing.
