Tasting Notes

Tasting from 22.03.2013

Dark carmine garnet, vibrant colour, delicate edge brightening. Fine nuances of candied orange, delicate nougat, fine herbal savouriness, subtle red berry touch, liquorice. Very juicy on the palate, powerful texture, dark chocolate, very good persistence, black berry confit on the finish, remains persistent, pronounced in fruit finish, gains significantly with air, fine roasted notes on the finish, multi-faceted, but seems to have already reached its peak. (100 PP).
