A delicate salmon pink with silver highlights. A delicate bouquet of citrus fruits, white flowers, strawberry, and raspberry, complemented by white pepper and garrigue. Distinctly dry on the palate, with a good balance of fresh acidity, a salty note, spice, and a smooth, fruity finish. Citrus zest on the finish, good length, and plenty of freshness.
