Tasting from 18.02.2015: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Freshly crushed pepper, juniper and allspice. A purist in a glass. Less fruity than grandiosely spicy. Primal tannins with archetypal nuances of tar and roast jus. Dense and compact on the palate. A great representative of its type, its homeland and a winemaking family that knows its trade: Merci Laplace family.
