Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.10.2011

Deep dark ruby colour, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Delicately floral black cherry fruit on the nose, delicately savoury, hints of orange zest, some nougat. Full-bodied and fresh, elegant extract sweetness, fine tannins, balanced, still young, will benefit from further bottle ageing, sweet finish, shows great length, very promising, black berries on the finish, sure development and certain ageing potential.
