Tasting from 14.07.2021: Gerhild Burkard, Valentine Mühlberger

Delicate woody notes combine with candied apricot, tangerine and quince bread as well as ethereal herbal savouriness. Good balance on the palate, ripe acidity and extract with refreshing salty notes. Phenolic fullness and caramel on the finish, needs air. Good food companion.
