Tasting Notes
Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Limey-grassy nuances, vegetal touch on the nose, background of white tropical fruit, delicate grapefruit. Somewhat loosely knit, white apple, subtle acidity, appears a little runny and developed, clearly falls behind the great performance of En Primeur in this phase.
More about the tastingMedium yellow-green with silver reflections. Fresh grapefruit pith, yellow tropical fruit, subtle lychee notes and a smoky minerality on the nose - an attractive bouquet. The palate is juicy and tightly meshed, with fine extract sweetness, a silky texture and finesse-rich acidity. The mineral-salty finish shows very good length.
