Tasting from 09.07.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Slightly floral aroma, almost a hint of Traminer, but also yeast and yellow fruit, some banana. Delicately wood-influenced palate, a caramel sweetness with soft texture, mild acidity and slightly warming alcohol. Mineral background, good length.
