Tasting from 28.10.2020: Gerhild Burkard

Golden yellow with green reflections. Distinctly fragrant nose of acacia blossom, Williams pear, ripe yellow apple and nuances of ripe citrus fruit. Very fresh on the palate with a harmonious mousse. Balanced interplay of fruit and sweetness. Good drinking flow with hints of quince on the finish.
