Tasting from 29.04.2022: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

A spicy, fruity bouquet with notes of dried dark berries, bay leaf and black pepper. There's a slightly noticeable carbonic spritz on the palate which feels lean and spiced, albeit with a beautiful smoothness and the soft acidity of redcurrant and sour cherry. The tannins show toward the medium-long finish.
