Seine Geschichte: Die kürzlich publizierte Studie von spezialisierten Historikerinnen über die Geschichte des Château de Valeyres fördert bisher unbekannte Aspekte zu Tage: Demnach befand sich im 16. Jahrhundert das Grundstück des Château de Valeyres im Besitz eines gewissen Jacques de Galléra. In der Erbfolge ging es schliesslich an Albert Manuel über, welcher das heutige Bauwerk 1630 errichten liess. Ideal für würzige Speisen und Wildgerichte.
