Pale lemon yellow; fresh fruit, flint, spicy, also candy anglais; slender attack on the palate, noticeable carbonic acid, very fine fruity aromas, dry; somewhat flat and short on the finish. Elegant, storable Chasselas, which experience has shown will continue to grow.
