Tasting Notes
Very closed, tarry with air, elderberry. Gipping on the palate, rich tannins on an intensely soft background, dense, monolithic, chewy, downright powerful, although the wine has only 12.2% alcohol. A thoroughly mineral structure with a promise of great aromatic spice, but it is all still very young and closed.
