Tasting from 23.04.2021: Peter Moser

Pale green yellow colour, silver reflections. Delicately nutty, herbal and savoury notes of white stone fruit, somewhat reductive, lemony nuances. Medium complexity, white apple, appears slender, discreetly salty, lacks a little length.
