Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby garnet, almost opaque core, violet reflections. A little overripe on the nose, dried fruit, chocolate, figs, licorice. Juicy on the palate, fresh stewed sour cherries, some sloes, still quite demanding tannins, medium length, definitely has development potential.
