Tasting Notes

Tasting from 16.02.2022

Dark ruby garnet with purple reflections and a subtle ochre rim. Delicate notes of nougat, ripe cherries and some herbal savouriness on the nose, with a hint of leather making for an inviting bouquet. Juicy with good complexity and sweetness on the palate, supported by well-integrated tannins which give fresh structure. There's a mineral note on the finish which has fine red berry accents. Already gluggable and on an upward trend, with certain ageing potential.
