Tasting from 02.12.2022: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby in colour with purple reflections and subtle brightening on the ochre rim. On the nose, aromas of ripe dark berry fruit, black cherry, fine nougat, candied orange zest and mineral nuances. The palate is juicy and elegant, with ripe tannins and notes of sweet cherry and dark chocolate on a spicy-mineral finish. Approachable now, the wine has the potential for further ageing.
