Light salmon pink. Delicate aromas of cherry, raspberry, and pomegranate, along with thyme, anise, pepper, lavender, and violet. Distinctly dry on the palate, with juicy fruitiness, delicate spice, and a slightly piquant saltiness on the finish. Very well-balanced, fresh, and delicate, with excellent drinkability.
