Tasting Notes

93 - 95
Tasting from 28.05.2021: Peter Moser

Blackberry confit, mint, plus a light balsamic herbal savouriness, pepper, damp asphalt. Lovely freshness to the fruit with real juiciness and a pronounced acid nerve, balanced, textured, crumbly-grainy tannins are not completely free of green tones, but are melded into the fruit, good structure.
