Tasting from 11.07.2017: Ulrich Sautter

Ripe aroma, stewed figs, malt and mint candy. Melted palate, powerful, although only the remnants of former graininess are still recognizable in the tannin, good structural density, chalky-mineral, discreetly fading away in the aromas. Difficult to judge. More developed on the nose than on the palate.
