Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, deep color. Still somewhat restrained on the nose, fine cassis confit, delicate tangerine peel. Very elegant on the palate, full of finesse, perfect tannins, wonderful extract aftertaste, salty notes, minerality, lingers very well. Fine sweet cassis fruit on the finish, great terroir expression, fine chocolate aftertaste, wonderfully harmonious, very promising.
