Deep dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate bright rim. A delicate tobacco layer with ripe berry fruit, a hint of blackberries and some cassis, candied orange zest. Medium body, sweet core, some nougat, discreet tannins, somewhat loosely knit, charming food wine.
