Tasting Notes
Subtle boisée, a hint of apple and vin nature, also floral notes, a hint of elderflower. Powerful on the palate, with light viscosity, Sémillon fullness and juicy nerve, almost corpulent in the middle of the palate, high alcohol, then becoming more salty and tactile mineral, full-bodied on the finish, still compact, a very unique design that has little in common with either Pessac-Léognan or the white wines from Médoc or Saint-Émilion.
