Tasting from 24.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Primarily fruity, strawberry confit and raspberry candy, but then also Ricola herbal candy and mint. Light-bodied extract in the mouth, subtle berry fruit, mellow tannins that gain in graininess on the finish, juicy background, rather defensive fruit.
