Tasting from 16.02.2022: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet with purple reflections and a lightly ochre rim. Ripe black cherries, a hint of plums, some dried fruit, nougat and tobacco on the nose, underlaid with candied orange zest. Juicy and complex on the palate with a fine fruit sweetness and ripe, well-integrated tannins. Chocolaty nuances show on the finish, which is elegant and persistent and already developed. Sure ageing potential here in this savoury, multi-faceted food companion.
