Tasting Notes

89+
Tasting from 11.07.2017: Ulrich Sautter

Strong use of new wood and "earthy" notes. Herbs, bark mulch. Supple attack, then full and dense with finely pixelated tannins. Shows the fullness of (Lalande) Pomerol in a smaller format, with smoothness and silkiness and yet also with freshness. Good food companion.
