The red wine Le Plus la Fleur de Boüard, vintage 2006 from the winery Château La Fleur de Boüard has been rated in 2007 with 90 - 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Lalande de Pomerol in France.
Deep dark ruby garnet, youthful reflections, violet rim. Very inviting, intense precious wood on the nose, delicate caramel and roasted aromas. Very powerful, spicy and complex on the palate, cinnamon and cloves, chocolaty texture, firm tannins with a long finish and a delicate hint of licorice. Dark berries and dried fruit echo in the finish, very modern, but well made.
