Tasted four different pressings, two of which were outstanding: very precise fresh fruit with a floral background. Some nettle and blackberry, red and blackcurrant. Excellent density with dry but not green tannins, firm and gripping, but not lacking in juice and fruit and soft nuances. Evaluation including the two lighter pressings.
