Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby garnet with an opaque core, purple reflections and a fine edge brightening. Blackberry nuances on the nose, with a touch of rosehip, woody spice and smoke. There's medium complexity on the juicy palate, with supporting, integrated tannins and a chocolatey touch on the casiss-led finish. A good food companion.
