Tasting Notes
Intense garnet, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. Aromas of blackberry confit, with delicate background notes of tobacco, candied orange zest, a subtle herbal savouriness and a touch of oak. Medium complexity, with notes of sweet cherry compote, a pleasant sweetness, well integrated tannins and a mineral finish. A slender, but well balanced food wine.
