Tasting Notes

Tasting from 27.05.2022: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet with purple reflections and a touch of edge brightening. Delicate notes of cloves, red heart cherries, a hint of cookie and some roasted aromas on the nose. The palate shows a medium body with a core of red berries and somewhat demanding tannins. There's a mineral and delicately leafy savouriness on the finish with cassis and vegetal nuances in the aftertaste.
