Tasting Notes
Intense golden yellow colour with subtle watery rim, silver reflections. Fully ripe peach, including a hint of tropical fruits, delicate nuances of honey and lychee, cloves, very attractive fruit on the nose. Complex, juicy, hints of white stone fruits, fine woody savouriness, integrated sweetness, subtle acidity, mineral and persistent, certainly further ageing potential. Already approachable.
