Dark ruby, purple reflections, brightening on the rim. Ripe plums, fine strawberry confit, delicate herbal savouriness, candied orange zest. Medium body, black cherries, dark nougat, spicy tannins, subtle fruitiness in the finish, a full-bodied food wine.
