Tasting Notes
Dark ruby-garnet, opaque core, violet highlights, delicate lightening at the rim. The fruit reflects fully ripe grapes, yet is very distinct: dark berries, blackcurrant, but also raspberry, heart cherry, and pronounced floral aromas. The tannins are fine-grained and very dense, yet hardly dry; thanks to the intense minerality, the wine remains fresh despite its high alcohol content and displays great juiciness; it finishes compactly, with a striking combination of tannins and tactile minerality.
