Tasting from 06.05.2026: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Roland Graf (Spirits)

Strong golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicately tobacco-like nuances of pear and peach, ripe mango, some blossom honey, candied orange zest. Medium body, fine pomaceous fruit, integrated acidity, delicate notes of fresh apple, a hint of extract sweetness on the finish, salty-mineral Vieilles Vignes touch, a versatile companion at the table, easy to drink.
