Tasting from 02.06.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Bright brick red with bright crimson reflections. Spontaneous fermentation aromas, but also complex savoury tones, kumquats and candied orange peel. Round and ripe on the palate, mealy tannin with grip, distinguished restrained drive and very well integrated acidity. Defined structure, restrained, yet fresh with distinct lime-mineral notes. A very characterful rosé with class and great individuality.
