Tasting from 07.05.2008

Deep dark ruby garnet, almost opaque core, violet reflections. Ripe berries on the nose, some sea buckthorn, rosehips, but also hints of nougat and cocoa, delicately underlaid with caramel. Velvety and elegant on the palate, very balanced, full-bodied, with a chocolaty finish, very well-integrated tannins, some roasted plums in the aftertaste.
