Tasting from 01.01.2023: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Subtle hints of dried plums and figs, dark nougat, herbal spice. Medium complexity, some "burnt" herbs at the core, slight astringency on the finish, red berry notes, tannin on the finish, lacking balance at this stage.
