Tasting from 23.03.2016: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Initially animal, later spicy aroma of cumin and licorice. Concentrated elderberry juice and fresh blackberries. Juicy fruit core underpinned by somewhat bulky tannins with herbaceous freshness. This is a southern red full of character with power, minerality and generous length that wants to be conquered.
