Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet with purple reflections and a lightly ochre rim. Candied orange zest, dark wild berry jam and a hint of figs on the nose, with a chocolatey touch and some tobacco savouriness in the background. Juicy, fresh cherry fruit on the palate is supported by integrated tannins creating a lively structure. There's echoes of fine red berries in the aftertaste, which is already well developed.
