Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby garnet, almost opaque core, violet reflections. Fine sour cherry confit on the nose, delicate nougat, delicate floral-honey touch. Full-bodied, dark berry fruit on the palate, clearly vegetal nuances, well-integrated tannins, tightly woven, but also delicately bitter, persistent, bitter chocolate finish, somewhat dry in the aftertaste.
