Tasting Notes

Tasting from 23.05.2019: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate brightening on the rim. Ripe dark berry conserve, a hint of fig, some nougat and inviting noble wood savouriness in the background. Juicy, complex, fruity and ripe with supporting tannins, good freshness and a long finish. Safe ageing potential and a powerful food wine.
