Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Strong golden yellow with copper-coloured reflections. Fine oxidation notes, more reminiscent of Tokaji than Barsac, with some dried plums and herbal-spicy nuances on the nose. Textured on the palate with a vivid sweetness and medium complexity notes of figs. It's quite an open style with a mineral finish, feeling somewhat rustic overall. (2020-2035).
