Very light cream color. The bouquet is nuanced, weaving champagne-like yeast notes into berry-like Burgundy fruit. A fresh, quite lively mousse refreshes the palate, while juicy acidity and a hint of saltiness lead into the fresh, compact finish. A high-quality aperitif.
