The red wine Argile de Pabus, vintage 2022 from the winery Château Pabus has been rated in 2023 by Peter Moser with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Bordeaux Superieur in France.
Deep dark ruby, inky, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Delicately spicy, ripe plum fruit, some dark nougat, blueberry and fig hints. Powerful, compact, slightly nutty, yet fresh, chocolaty, some cocoa and fine chocolate on the finish, silky tannins, shows length and volume, but its origin is not clear. Should be drunk soon because the fruit will disappear.
