Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Deep crimson garnet with purple reflections and a broad ochre rim. Fresh red berry nuances, hints of cranberries, preserved cherries and candied orange zest make for an inviting bouquet. Medium complexity on the palate with a red berry and cherry touch supported by still somewhat vivid tannins en route to the mineral and chalky finish. Will benefit from bottle ageing.

Deep dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate rim brightening. Ripe black berry confit, a hint of fig, delicate nougat, candied orange zest. Juicy, ripe heart cherry, some nougat, fresh structure, salty touch on the finish, lingers, a powerful food wine.
