Tasting from 29.08.2013

Deep ruby garnet, purple reflections, broad watery rim. Intense dark berry fruit, delicately animal-spicy undertones, nuances of ethereal notes, incredibly multi-faceted bouquet. Full-bodied, fine black forest berry confit, vivid, well-integrated tannins, nuances of blackberry confit and ripe cherries on the finish, mineral aftertaste, freshly structured, not yet fully developed, has certain ageing potential. A wine that no serious cellar should be without.
