Deep dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening, ripe plum, blackberry confit, delicately floral, a hint of strawberry in the background. Mineral, firm texture, ripe heart cherry, integrated tannins, mineral, fresh, lingers, a good food companion.
