Tasting Notes

Tasting from 09.10.2015

Some blueberry and "sweet" wood as well as a spiciness that is beginning to unfold. Juicy, light-bodied attack, mid-palate with mealy tannins and subtle acidity. Quite strong alcohol, which reinforces the soft base. Overall designed for roundness, medium potential.
